Who decides who we are??

For as long as people have existed we have been asking the question - who are we? Now, in an age of identity politics and self-realization, we have added another key question to the fundamentals of our existence - who gets to decide who we are? The Israelites could have been asking just such questions, as their enslavement by the Egyptians was rapidly robbing them of their identity, culture, and heritage. But Yahweh stepped in - the one true God, almighty, all powerful, and loving. He rescued them, claimed them and identified them forever as - HIS.

Join Crescenta Valley CBS for our 2022/23 study - Red Sea to the Jordan River: Becoming God’s People

CBS Crescenta Valley is an intergenerational Women's Bible Study with a Children's Program through pre-school. We offer an in-person morning group and an online evening group. Our in-depth Bible studies involve a course book with home study questions and a commentary, and a large group teaching time. Women enjoy encouraging discussion in smaller groups called core groups, where time is set aside for food, fellowship, and relationship building. Wherever you are in your faith journey, we welcome you!

Fall 2022/Spring 2023:

Becoming God's People: Follow the Israelites as they are rescued from slavery and journey to the banks of the promised land, learning who God is and who they are in reference to Him in the process.

Next Gen Ministry

Through a variety of activities such as Bible teaching, Scripture memory work, crafts, music, games and other activities, we seek to provide a nurturing environment where children can learn about Jesus' wonderful love for them. We also come alongside parents as they teach and train their children to live out God’s truths in their lives. We welcome your children to experience the love of Jesus through the loving servants in our CBS Children's Ministry.
